This is me cross posting a request from Charles Kelly on the NETEACH-L listserver asking for beta-testers for the podcast page on the a4esl site. It is supposed to make it easy to subscribe to rss feeds...but I can't see any explanations of the process there.

I believe if you really look at what Charles Kelly said is that it's a good way to look through a lot of ESL/EFL podcasts.
Students can then easily visit the sites they like and subscribe to the RSS feed there, if they like.
